Cooking instructions

Sear on High Heat – Cook on a very
hot grill or cast-iron pan for 4-5 minutes per side. Finish in Oven (Optional) – If the
steak is thick, transfer to a 180°C (350°F) oven for 5-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 50-52°C
(122-126°F) for medium-rare. Rest & Serve – Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
