What are Meat Coins?
The points in the DXBBQ rewards programme. You earn them on every order - from 2 Coins per AED 1, rising to 7 at Executive Chef - plus bonuses for signing up, referring friends and reviewing products. 100 Coins take AED 1 off a future order.
When do my Coins appear?
Coins for an order are added once it has been delivered, not when you place it. Bonuses for signing up, following us or leaving feedback appear straight away.
How do I spend them?
Sign in, fill your cart and choose how many Coins to apply. The discount is shown before you pay - there is no code to enter. The minimum you can redeem at once is 100 Coins.
Do Coins expire?
Coins do not expire one by one. They stay in your account as long as you keep ordering — if you go 12 months without placing an order, the whole balance expires. Any order resets the clock for another 12 months.
How is my tier decided?
By how many orders you place: 1-5 makes you a Cook, 6-12 Chef, 13-23 Head Chef and 24 or more Executive Chef. Once you reach a tier you keep it — your earn rate never goes down.
Can I use Coins together with a discount code?
One discount code applies per order, and your Coins are applied on top of it.
I was already collecting points. What happened to them?
Your balance moved across automatically and kept its full value. Sign in as usual and your Coins will be there.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is free, and you get 1,000 Coins the moment you create an account.
