Cooking instructions

Oven Roast Cook at 180°C for around 1.5–2 hours.

Tip: Rub with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper before cooking.

Extra tip: Add potatoes or vegetables to the tray — they will absorb the juices and taste amazing.

Resting: Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before carving
