Cooking Instructions

  • BBQ / Grill: Cook over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side
  • Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally
  • Oven: Preheat to 180°C and cook for 20–25 minutes

Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C before serving.
