• turkey breast fillet 1 pc. • chicken broth 200ml • white wine 200ml • thyme 1 sprig for the marinade: • olive oil 2 tbsp. • lemon 2 pcs. • dried oregano 1 tbsp. • salt • freshly ground black pepper
1. Prepare the marinade: mix in a bowl olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, oregano and salt. Put turkey in the bowl, brush all sides with marinade and leave for 1 hour.
2. Put turkey in a deep baking dish, pour the broth and wine.
3. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake for 35-40 minutes, occasionally basting with sauce.
