Some of our meats are only available in frozen. The absolute best method for defrosting meat is overnight in the refrigerator until it is completely thawed. Once thawed, ground meat, poultry, and seafood can keep well in the refrigerator for an extra day or two, while red meat (beef, lamb, and steak) stays good for three to five more days.

We source our meat from the best farms on the planet.. Only ethically raised meats that come from Japan, Australia and Russia straight to your doorstep. None of our products will ever endure exposure to hormones or antibiotics, nor inhumane and unsanitary caging environments.

after placing an order, you can see order status in your account. Additionally, once the order is out for delivery we will send you a link to track our rider.

there is no minimum order quantity for any orders placed through our website! However, specific delivery charges will apply depending on order size and delivery destination. Please see our Shipping & Delivery section for more information.

cash on delivery is available on all orders below 2000aed. If your order is bigger that 2000aed and you would like to pay by cash, please get in touch with our customer care team and we will arrange something for you!  

  Yes, as per the laws and regulations in the UAE imported meats are all Halal.
