If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?
Dubai - Orders before 11:00 AM - Delivered the same day in Dubai. Dubai - Orders after 11:00 will be delivered on next working day.
Is the delivery fee different by state of UAE?
Yes, all regions of the UAE has different charge Cost, Working day & Minimum Order
Dubai: Delivery fee: 50 AED (Minimum Order = 150 AED) & Working days: Saturday - Thursday
Abu Dhabi: Delivery fee: 50AED (Minimum Order = 300 AED) & Working days: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Ras Al Khaimah: Delivery fee: 50AED (Minimum Order = 300 AED) & Working days: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday
Sharjah: Delivery fee: 50AED (Minimum Order = 250 AED) & Working days: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday
Ajman: Delivery fee: 50AED (Minimum Order = 250 AED) & Working days: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday

How much will it cost for me to use DXBBQ delivery service
Delivery is free for orders above AED 150. For any orders below that, delivery charge of AED 50 is applied. If item purchased is not available, we shall notify you on date of availability. Failing this, we will refund the total amount.
Do you have special offers?
Yes. We post every week a new Offer.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can. Go to your Shopping cart and set delivery details.
I just placed an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What do I do?
For logged in users, go to "My Order" tab and see if your order is listed. If you order is listed check the order status for Delivered.
Can I re-order a previous order?
Yes, you can. For logged-in users, go to "My Order" tab and see if your order is listed. If your order is listed then check the order, then click it to re-order again. Then your order will be placed in your Shopping Cart.
Can I have multiple addresses in my account?
Yes. For logged-in users, you can add as many addresses as you need to a single account.
Go to My Addresses and click on the "Add New Address" button.
Do you have Debit Card / Credit Cards Services?
Yes. You can pay online on dxbbq.ae or you can request to bring to your home payment terminal machine.
