Shipping & Delivery

Our working time is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Sunday. Place your order and you will receive a message from our dedicated Sales Coordinator to confirm delivery details and ensure a seamless experience. 

Enjoy nationwide delivery across the UAE! All our riders’ vehicles are equipped with special cooler containers to keep your meat fresh and chilly throughout the journey. 

If you would like to schedule a delivery for specific date and time, simply leave a comment at checkout or message our sales coordinator on WhatsApp at +971 50 627 4027 with your order details to schedule your preferred date and time. 

Delivery terms and conditions for different Emirates are provided below: 

Dubai: 

• All orders placed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) will be delivered within 2 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered within 24 hours. 

• Minimum order value for free delivery – 100 AED. Orders with value below 100 AED will be charged a delivery fee of 20 AED. 

Abu Dhabi: 

• All orders placed before 7:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered within 48 hours.

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered within 72 hours

• Minimum order value for free delivery – 500 AED. Orders with value below 500 AED will be charged a delivery fee of 100 AED. 

Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain: 

• Deliveries will be done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays only.

• Orders placed before 7:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed after 7:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

• Minimum order value for free delivery – 1000 AED. Orders with value below 1000 AED will be charged a delivery fee of 100 AED. 

Al Ain:

• All orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be delivered within 72 hours

• Minimum order value for free delivery – 1500 AED. Orders with value below 1500 AED will be charged a delivery fee of 100 AED.
