• turkey breast fillet 600 g • flour 100 g • eggs 2 pcs. • breadcrumbs 100 g • sunflower oil 100 ml • poultry seasoning • sea salt
1. Cut turkey breast into 6-7 cm in length pieces. Add salt, season with spices and roll in flour.
2. Beat eggs lightly with a fork or whisk in a bowl. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a plate.
3. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over high heat. Then reduce the heat to the low. Lower each slice of turkey into the bowl with eggs, letting excess drip off, then roll in breadcrumbs, gently lower into a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Ready nuggets lay on paper towel to let excess oil absorb.
