The venue took place in restaurant Prime68 with chef Liu organizing a fantastic 5 course menu with Wagyu beef from Mort & Co, one of the leading Wagyu suppliers from Australia.
Mr. Malcolm Stanley, sales director from Mort & Co, presented his company and their own meat brand Phoenix Wagyu beef. Phoenix Wagyu is a hormone free, premium Wagyu F1 beef cattle, which is grain fed 350-400 days and grown in Charlie Mort's own feedlots near Brisbane, Australia.
The various dishes very much appreciated by some of Dubai's most senior chefs.
Some of the participating chefs were:
Chef Christophe Louis Prud'homme (Crown Plaza),
Chef Sebastian Torres (Bvlgary),
Chef Shawn Aoki (Caesar’s Palace),
Chef Craig Best (Hell’s Kitchen),
Chef Brent Devlin (Marriott)
Some cuts of Phoenix Wagyu will be made available on Suma Gourmet's B2C e-commerce platform DXBBQ.ae.
