Ingredients:
- Junee Lamb Frenched Rack Cap on OR Junee Lamb Frenched Rack Cap OFF – 1kg
- Garlic – 1 pc
- Mint or basil – 20g
- Rosemary – 20g
- Sunflower oil – 50g
- Salt and Paper
Method
This recipe is very simple. It's quick and easy to prepare. To do this, you only need a few spices and a grill pan. To make the dish definitely successful, choose DXBBQ lamb ribs (link).
Recipe
1. Cut the ribs into pieces, in accordance with future portions. Remove the film, and rub the meat with finely chopped herbs (mint and basil will perfectly suit the taste of the meat).
2. Add salt, and pepper to the ribs and pour sunflower oil. Let it be marinated for 60 minutes.
3. Heat the grill pan, cut the garlic in half and put it in the pan, this will add a wonderful aroma.
4. Fry the meat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Then cover with foil paper and let it rest for 5 minutes
